Thank you for inquiring about my Exercise Therapy program It's continual training for post - rehabilitation prescriptive care that increases functionality, flexibility, range of motion, stretch, and brain/ muscle coordination for recovery after a stroke and brain injury to help manage Spasticity .Giving individuals a shot of mobility and independence through home exercises that stimulates the immobile side of their body. It's also for individuals suffering from chronic pain due from arthritis, MS,Cancer, and other conditions that may be slowing down your quality of life or activity of daily living. Whether you are elite athletes , non athletes , handicapped ,disables ,or someone going into pre-rehabilitation, we can develop a plan for you.
